Kim has held numerous technology leadership positions with a career spanning over 20 years. Having joined Delta Technology soon after its formation, Kim quickly built an international portfolio of clients with the aim of creating long-term relationships to provide value. A passion for technology coupled with a post graduation in Business Administration, allowed Kim to focus on growth while ensuring delivery is always optimal. Kim manages the engagement teams, ensures client delivery and provides operational oversight for the day-to-day activities.

Kim, based in the UK, is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, involved in strategic direction and corporate leadership.

Colin brings with him vast global experience, having worked as the Global Business Relationship Manager in one of the world’s largest agribusiness multinationals. With his wealth of international trade experience in establishing relationships and strategic partnerships, he is assisting the company in the Middle-East and Africa. Colin is based in the United Kingdom.

Since joining the company in 2014, Sundeep has been responsible for overseeing the incubation and development of Delta Technology’s new initiatives in the information technology sector. He plays an active role in overlooking the day to day operations and supervising resource management. Furthermore, he also works closely with the Board to design the company’s go-to market strategy across diverse market segments. Sundeep brings with him a vision and a deep commitment to grow Delta Technology.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Guy is primarily focused on client delivery and expanding the Delta Technology base in the United States. With almost three decades of experience leading sourcing initiatives has provided him with a wealth of experience in all aspects of technology and the business of IT. Additionally, he has spent several years in global IT delivery across various industries driving efficiencies in Development Lifecycle and Infrastructure Availability.

Hilal is focused on expanding the MEA business market. Having worked for world’s best Top 100 IT Fortune companies around the world, like Oracle, SAP, Cisco and EMC, Hilal brings a wealth of experience, IT knowledge and pragmatic business understanding to ensure conformity and best practices to Delta Technology.

With over 15 years of experience, he excels at implementing successful sales strategies and motivating highly galvanized teams to produce significant bottom-line results.

A creative and innovative thinker, Hilal excels in communicating with clients – finding out exactly what they need and presenting them with a range of relevant services and solutions. With a results-oriented approach, he has an excellent track record of achieving and exceeding the standards of performance set out for any sales project.

Hilal holds a BSc. in computer science and mathematics and a master’s degree in Information technology management.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in Software Engineering, Badari spent several years gaining invaluable experience in California’s Silicon Valley before returning to India. Having worked in various areas of the business from product development to strategic consulting, his knowledge and insight provides Delta Technology with a true value-add.

Tasked with managing our process optimization group, Badari aids Delta Technology in focusing and bringing together cohesive elements for better coordination and leverage. Furthermore, he mentors cross-functional teams throughout the organization, ensuring growth opportunities in conjunction with HR.

Aravind, qualified under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has the primary responsibility of finance and accounting. Heading up a team, Aravind ensures delivery on cost management, audit and compliance. Additionally, Aravind looks at key strategic elements, including forecasting, profitability and sustainability.

Having worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies around the world, Aravind brings a wealth of experience in ensuring conformity and best practices to Delta Technology.

He works closely with our client base providing structured reporting to ensure continuous support of our value proposition.

Vineela joined Delta Technology with over 12 years of comprehensive human resources generalist experience including talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development. Having worked across industries including retail, financial services, hospitality, IT and ITES, she brings to the table immense knowledge and experience in handling performance management, benefits administration and employee relations with a diverse perspective.

In addition to a masters from Osmania University, with an MBA in Marketing & Human Resources, Vineela also holds degrees in Law and Commerce.

With a B.Sc. in Public Relations and Advertising from UT Austin, Aditi joined the company in 2017. She works closely with Sundeep in ensuring smooth functioning of day to day operations. With specific focus on recruitment related functions and employee relations, she works toward bridging the gap between the stakeholders and the on-ground team.
